We will be organising taxi-vans to transport members to Coene’s Provisions (pick up from The Terrace and Lambton Quay – confirmed pick up points will be sent when we have numbers). If you would like a seat in one of the taxi-vans please rsvp asap so we can confirm numbers.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we will be incurring substantial costs for this meeting which will include transport costs and catering (per head) at Coene’s. It is therefore very important that, before confirming your attendance, you should be sure you can attend as no shows, or late cancellations, will still have to be paid for by PACE. We do understand that there are times when cancelling is unavoidable but early notice would be very much appreciated so we can alter numbers and avoid unnecessary costs.
