Two years ago we had a very successful meeting where we shared tips and tools we use to make our working lives easier.  There were some excellent hints & tips shared– see the link here: http://pace.org.nz/hints-and-tips      

With technology ever changing, new working methods being introduced, and with our increased membership, we thought it would be great to do this again. The event is a round table discussion which is a great way to meet new members and network while ideas are exchanged.

Did you know that ‘Sitting Syndrome’ is predicted to pass obesity as our number one killer in the next five years?

Evidence suggests that prolonged sitting is common in workplaces and is being recognised as an important health issue that needs attention.

It is important to know what to do to counter the negative effects of ‘Sitting Syndrome’ that is so prevalent in this digital age.
