PACE Professional Development Session: Triage Your Inbox – 4D Methodology presented by Steuart Snooks

PACE members are invited to join email and workplace productivity expert Steuart Snooks for a practical and interactive session on managing email overload.

Triage Your Inbox – 4D Methodology introduces a proven system for reducing email noise, regaining control and creating more time for high-value work. The session will also explore how Executive Assistants can apply the approach when working with theirExecutive.

During this 60-minute session, participants will:

• explore the hidden impact of email overload
• learn the When, What, Where framework and 4D methodology
• practise applying the methodology through an interactive quiz
• learn strategies to reduce interruptions and cognitive load
• explore tools that strengthen the EA and Executive partnership
• inclusive 30-day road implementation “cheat sheet” 
• have the opportunity to ask questions 

Participants will also have the option to schedule a 15-minute email optimisation strategy call with Steuart to discuss how to apply the ideas in their role and with their Executive.
