With special thanks to all to those who have contributed to discussions, feedback, reviewing, formatting etc. we are at the stage where we are inviting you to a short, online, Special General Meeting (SGM) of PACE to vote on adopting our new constitution.

Why this matters:
As detailed previously, we have updated our constitution to align with the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022. It’s a chance to future-proof how we operate and make sure we’re meeting the latest legal requirements. By approving on this date, it can be adopted for the new membership year, 1 September 2025.
At the meeting, ask members to vote on adopting the new constitution.

We need YOU - Please try to attend this short meeting
We need non-management team members to form a quorum, so please do your best to attend.
We will remind people of the key changes when we send the reformatted draft, but if you’ve got any questions or want to chat about the changes before the meeting, feel free to get in touch.
