Following on from feedback from PACE members, we are pleased to advise that we have arranged for Denise Church QSO to join us at our next meeting.  Denise has a number of roles on different boards, including Chair of both ESR and Karori Sanctuary Trust (ZEALANDIA). She is a Director of Leadership Matters Ltd with an interest in leadership development and high performance for senior managers, boards and executive teams.

Denise will draw on her experience across public, private and not for profit sectors (not to mention a scout leader – where does she find the time!!!) to focus on leadership and share some of her experience with us. Come along to hear Denise speak on the following topics:

  • What is good leadership?
  • What does it look like, how does a good leader behave?
  • Why is it important to have good leadership in an organisation?
  • How can we as assistants to CEs assist our leaders to be the best leader?
  • How we, as EAs can act/behave as leaders ourselves?
