Over 20 years, Frank has negotiated over 300 commercial contracts and run public workshops in the Psychology of Negotiating.
He has been involved in both sides of the procurement process, including:
- running over 100 tenders which has resulted in millions of dollars of savings for his clients;
- training and assisting clients to respond to tenders and RFPs; and
- assisting clients with responses to complex All of Government tenders.
